PRIVACY POLICY.

This policy explains how WORRLD handles information when you use worrld.io, including accounts, digital parcels, publishing and marketplace transactions. For privacy questions or requests, contact endripashollari@gmail.com.

Information we handle

We handle your account email, display name, username, profile picture, sign-in identifiers and session information. We also store the parcels associated with your account, uploaded content, drafts, publication settings, listings, purchase and transfer records, and content reports. Service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and logs to deliver and secure the service.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your account identifier, email address, verification status, name and profile picture with our authentication service. We request only basic identity permissions: openid, email and profile. We use this information to authenticate you and connect your Google sign-in to your WORRLD account. We do not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendars. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

How we use information

We use information to operate and protect accounts, maintain parcel ownership, display content you publish, process purchases and seller transactions, deliver account emails, respond to support requests, and investigate abuse or payment problems.

Public content

Your public profile, published parcel content and marketplace listings are visible to other visitors. Parcel locations refer to digital spaces on the map, not a claim about where you live. Avoid publishing private information. Draft content is restricted to authorized account access.

Service providers

We use Neon for account authentication and database services, Sites and its hosting infrastructure for the website, Resend for account emails, and Stripe for checkout and seller onboarding. Google processes Google sign-in when you choose it. These providers receive information needed for their services. Payment card and seller bank details are entered through Stripe; WORRLD receives transaction identifiers and payment or onboarding status. Map and image services may receive connection details when your browser requests their resources. Providers handle information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

Cookies and browser storage

Session cookies keep you signed in and help protect authentication. Browser storage supports preferences and browser-only demonstration data. Clearing browser storage removes local demo information but does not delete account-linked parcel records. Signing out ends your active site session.

Retention and your choices

We retain account and content information while needed to provide the service. Transaction, ownership, security and dispute records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations. You can edit your public profile and parcel content in your account. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information; we may need to verify your identity and explain records that must be retained. Backup copies may remain until the provider's retention cycle expires. You can revoke Google access in your Google Account connections; this does not itself delete your WORRLD account or transaction records.

Sharing and security

We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud, protect users or enforce our terms. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States.

Children and policy updates

WORRLD is not intended for children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information. We will update this page when our practices change and identify the update date above.
