SALES POLICY.
Final sales
All sales are final. No change-of-mind refunds. If a parcel cannot be delivered, the payment is reversed. This does not limit rights required by law.
What you purchase
A WORRLD parcel is a digital space on our map. It does not grant physical land ownership or real-world property rights. Sandbox transactions do not charge real money.
Marketplace transfers
A resale transfers the parcel only. Previous artwork, drafts, links and descriptions are cleared, and the previous owner loses editing access. The parcel keeps its boundaries and squares. Purchase and ownership history remain recorded.
Marketplace fees
The buyer pays a 1% fee on top of the listing price. The seller pays a 1% fee deducted from the listing price. Fees round to the nearest cent. A $100 listing costs the buyer $101 and allocates $99 to the seller. Bank payout timing depends on Stripe.
Removing a listing
Sellers can remove an unsold listing unless a buyer checkout is in progress. Listing changes stay paused until checkout finishes or its reservation expires. Removing a listing does not undo a completed sale.
Incomplete delivery
If payment succeeds but the parcel cannot be transferred, the payment is reversed through the payment provider. This is a failed-delivery correction, not a change-of-mind refund. Keep your purchase reference if a payment needs support review.
