TERMS OF SERVICE.

These terms govern your use of WORRLD at worrld.io. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Sales Policy. Questions can be sent to endripashollari@gmail.com.

The service

WORRLD provides digital parcels on an interactive map, tools to publish content on those parcels, and marketplace features. A digital parcel does not convey ownership, a lease, possession or other rights in physical land. It is not an investment product and we do not promise financial returns, resale value, audience size or advertising results. Features labeled sandbox or demo are simulations; sandbox payments do not charge real money. Leasing is not currently available.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts and payment methods you are authorized to use. You must be able to enter a binding agreement to make purchases or sell. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must authorize and supervise your use. The service is not intended for children under 13. Report suspected account misuse promptly.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you upload. You grant WORRLD permission to store, process, display and deliver that content as needed to operate the features you use. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for your uploads and links. Do not publish unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or abusive content, malicious links, or another person's private information without authorization. We may review reports, hide content or restrict access to address violations, abuse or legal requirements. Report content using the available reporting tools or contact us.

Purchases and transfers

Review the parcel, price, fees and payment mode before confirming checkout. All sales are final, except where applicable law requires otherwise or a payment must be reversed because delivery fails. Our Sales Policy explains fees and transaction handling. Ownership changes only when the server confirms a completed transaction. Resale resets parcel content and removes the previous owner's editing access; boundaries and transaction history remain. Seller onboarding and payouts are subject to Stripe's requirements. We do not guarantee payout timing.

Acceptable use

Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, impersonate others, manipulate transactions or attempt to access parcels or information you do not control. Browser demo records do not establish account ownership. We may restrict activities that threaten the service or other users.

Availability and changes

The service may change, experience interruptions or require maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. These terms do not remove consumer protections or other rights that cannot legally be excluded. We will post updated terms here with their update date; contact us if you have questions about a change.

Leaving WORRLD

You may stop using the service at any time and contact us about closing your account. Closing an account does not automatically reverse completed sales. We may retain transaction and ownership records as described in our Privacy Policy.
